The company has over many years offered apprenticeships that can provide career opportunities to young person’s willing to learn & enhance their skills into a trade that can deliver a degree of personal satisfaction & professional responsibility with prospects to enter the company’s management structure.

Together with our training partners the CITB we pride ourselves on investing in young people & providing them with qualifications & skill sets over a 4-5 year period & delivering them as young professionals that have the ability to manage themselves in situations & environments whereby the company & our clients are reliant upon their actions to deliver a quality product, often in demanding circumstances, on budget & within a specific programme.

We take great pride in our ability to achieve this type of result & have done so with many of our time served installers, who in many cases are investing back into our current apprentices the knowledge & experience that the company has invested in them.

These apprentices are not just a valued investment for the company, but the skills they have developed are an investment for the employee to take with them over a working lifetime.

The installation teams that the company employ, many of whom are products of our apprenticeships, are involved in the training & development of the company’s next generation of installers that can provide a legacy that builds the profile & reputation of the company, helping us to grow together with a collective responsibility. This takes time to achieve, given that the company was established in 1989 the company is now beginning to reap the reward of investing in its employees over main many years, creating a solid base that can give our clients an efficient service that has a vast knowledge to draw upon.

At any one time the company will employ at least 3 apprentices who will be at various stages of their professional development, the company employ Apprentice Mentors who are senior members of our installation teams who monitor their progress & report to the company Apprenticeship Liaison Manager Mr N Gorton
